Across the DACH region, installers surveyed for the PV InstallerMonitor© | EES InstallerMonitor© are optimistic and expect energy storage installations to rise in 2026. Overall, 51% of surveyed installers expect an increase in new installations, 24% forsee no change and 26% predict a decline in installations. 69% of Swiss installers as well as 48% of Austrian and German installers expected growth in new energy storage installations, making Switzerland the most optimistic of the three countries.
