I'm the CCO at EOPD Group, and it's my great pleasure to have with me today my interview partner, Alex from Techtoman. Yeah. Hi, Daniel. Welcome. Welcome, Alex. Hi, Daniel. After a year. Yeah. It's great to be here again. Yeah. Thank you for joining us. Mm-hmm. When we look a little bit on the market developments, especially in Europe- Mm-hmm ... how do you see the trends, the shifts that are currently happening? Well, the trend stays the same because Europe. So all the policies are made to make sure that the trend goes on- Mm-hmm ... without any surprises. But they are doing some surprises, for example, like the Wild East, right? Yes. Romania, Bulgaria. So this year, very excited. Actually, we already landing projects right now in Romania. Okay. And more pipelines are lining up. The thing is that I read an article two month ago, complaining that there are too many projects in Romania, but none of them are landing. So you see that we are very careful choosing our partner to make sure that the project's real, the landing is real, and the project is also funded by European funds. Mm. So that's actually the very strong signal that European market stays strong. And even on the policy side, on the stakeholders from European Union- Mm-hmm ... they're supporting this trend. Okay. So it's united- Mm-hmm ... and going forward. So that's what I see. But in the meanwhile, you see that there is one more keyword for this year's exhibition, which is AIDC. Mm. So you see everybody's putting that word, SST, AIDC up there. We didn't put that, but we're getting prepared. So we're going-- Well, this is to be a secret, but I'm going to share anyways. So we're going to launch a product- Okay ... together with Delta Electronics. Okay. Because they have been develop SST for a very long time. And we're launching the, well, you'll see in October. Mm-hmm. But it's a solution for fast charging and also for AIDC solutions. And we think we're very lucky that we have been worked with data center developers since 30 years ago. Okay. And we launched the-- We landed the project for the very first microgrid data center around Europe. Okay. So it's located in Dublin, Ireland, and it's already been the third project now. Mm-hmm. So I think that may be also the trend- Okay ... not only about development of data center because they are eating a lot of electricity. Yes, yes. Energy. But that means there are options that you can make it a microgrid. Okay. So that will be the trend. Yeah. And when we look or translate this into the positioning of Techtoman- Mm-hmm ... yeah, you already mentioned some facts. Mm-hmm. So what makes your portfolio special, yeah, to meet these market demand requirements? Well, I think the specialness and the uniqueness lies in our gene, right? Yes. When you see Tecloman as a creature. Yes. Because when we're starting up, we say as a group 30 years ago we sell switchgear. So what's so special about selling switchgears, right? Mm. So it's actually our own solution providers which we engage directly with the great and to talk. Mm-hmm. Getting to know the depends. And we grow with the local infrastructure growth. Okay. That was 30 years ago, okay? Yeah. But now I think it's a new trend of infrastructure building again. Well, it's a cycle. So I think our uniqueness will stand out again, because right now the market changed very fast in terms of the AI development. So I think we're getting prepared already. Yeah. And I think we're continue our uniqueness that we are locally formed, and we have a strong team here talking with our users and client because they are also- Yes ... facing the challenge, try to adapt the market change. Yes. And in the meantime, I think we are sharing our knowledge. Last year we have launched the Tecloman Academy, and we have been really nicely reviewed by many of the students. So I think this year we will continue this strength that we're sharing, updating new episodes- Okay ... focusing, for example, on AIDC. And as you see that we are launching and commissioning our projects in Eastern Europe, we want to also have our commissioning team sharing their expertise. Because although European as a whole is a slow market, but it's a strong market. It has to grow or wait together with talents. Yes. So we are very honored that we can also contribute to this side. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you very much for your great commitment- Yes. Thank you ... to the EPC community- Mm-hmm ... to the energy transition in general. When we now very briefly look into the future- Mm-hmm ... so what are your expectations for the markets in the second half of '26 and '27? Well, for us, it's very exciting- Yeah ... because we're going to land our projects in Romania, and we're going to share our expertise in energy storage, and also launching the products for IDC and also fast charging. So there are going to be a lot of A new curiosity that towards tech women I can imagine. Mm-hmm. So to us, I got to show we as a humble attitude that our focus actually is to strengthen our team here in Europe. We're hiring more, and we ask for more talents to join our team here in Europe, and we want to provide good services. Mm-hmm. And some of our partner also facing challenges and also have some shifts, and now they may combine with stronger partners. Mm-hmm. And we can see that the maintenance and operation part is also evolving- Mm-hmm ... because of the AI- Right ... and also the platform is evolving. So that we're trying to upgrade our training platform and also our training content. And actually, my personal hobby is also to explore those new technologies- Yes ... like XR glasses. Mm-hmm. And right now we're trying to record some of those operations now, gestures and also- Mm-hmm ... method procedures, try to digitalize them. Mm-hmm. And some of our partner, I can see that they have been very mature. They have their own digitalized platform. Mm-hmm. And they can send a mission, just like the delivery service- Mm-hmm ... when anything goes wrong. And we're trying to land this prototype this year as well. Okay. So I think it has been already so mature for solar industry. But for battery, it may be a little bit more complicated. Yeah. Because energy storage it has too many roles. Act like buffer, act like a trader- Yes ... act like a elevator from the duck curve. So I can imagine there are more uniqueness that we can provide. Yeah. Yes. Thank you so much for your valuable insights. Mm-hmm. Thank you. Always a pleasure having you with us. Thank you, Daniel. Thank you, Alex. Thank you.
